Flow Meter Verification
Verify your flow meters without stopping the process
Incal Energy checks flow measurement on site using portable clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters. The meter fits on the outside of the pipe, so there’s no cutting, no shutdown and no risk to your process.

How it works
We clamp our meter to the pipe next to your installed meter or measurement point, record the flow over the period you need, and compare the results. Our meter logs time-stamped readings and diagnostic data, so each measurement can be reviewed afterwards.
Instrument configuration and diagnostics
We use handheld communicators for ABB, Emerson Rosemount and Yokogawa instruments, so we can check configuration and diagnostics as part of a verification visit.
What you receive
A written report showing the readings, the comparison with your installed meter and our findings.
